What is your return policy?

We hope you'll fall in love with our products, and if you need to return a product, please check out our return policy with specific instructions on how to do so! 
 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

Can this computer play games?    

We can play some mini-games. The primary use cases for the DreamQuest Mini PC are in office and home settings, allowing for simultaneous web browsing, email processing, or streaming applications.

Does the Mini PC support unlimited Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections?

All of our products support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. We also provide gigabit Ethernet ports and multiple USB/Type-C interfaces.

What operating systems does the Mini PC support?

We support both Windows and Linux operating systems. Our Mini PC comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro. Of course, we can also provide assistance for installing Linux.
 

Can I use the Mini PC with a TV?

Yes, you can. We also provide two 4K HDMI output ports.

 

Is this computer easy to carry for business trips?

It's convenient. This computer weighs less than 2 pounds and supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, so it doesn't have high requirements for external environments.

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal.

Do you offer installment payment options?

We don't support the installment feature at the moment, but we're sure you'll have a chance to pick up your favorite item!

Is my payment information secure?

We are very concerned about the security of our customers' information and money safety, our website belongs to Shopify, our payment channel is PayPal!
