I needed some super small Micro PCs and this little n95 based 12GB - 512GB (mem & storage) were perfect in size and cost pretty good. I ALWAYS install my own OS and so my first Mini Plus I installed and Kubuntu 24.04 LTS, upgraded yesterday to 26.04 LTS and this little work horse has worked flawlessly and generally runs MUCH faster than I expected, the n95 being what amounts to an older very basic celeron class processor, 10nm size compared to my 4nm 16 core / 32 thread AMD Video Editing Rig which is VERY strong but also many times the price to build.
I have been using my little micro mini plus every morning for months now for vibe coding while I have my morning cup and it has been flawless in function and snappy enough for everything I do on it. I have it hooked up to a nice 2.5k 16" portable display with a nice BT foldable keyboard and mouse, all taking up so little space.
I also purchased 2 more, one as a portable Win11 Ent IoT system for network admin work and it also has been lovely, handling my custom installed, privatized & secured Win11 with seeming ease and the other as a portable Movie & Audio system, also using Kubuntu 26.04 ideal for travel, plugging into big screen TVs and enjoying movie and music WITHOUT commercials! I love these little mighty-mites!

These are NOT for gaming or Video editing or audio editing so do NOT go there - also learn how to reduce Reduce Microsoft privacy impact on your system, encourage use to O&O Software's "Shutup 10" to increase privacy and reduce the rather large drain on your little system that all their silly advertising, data collection and pushy updates seem to do, producing little but making your little system slower and less stable... just saying!
