Very disappointed. One of the PCs was delivered with a defective power supply – it does not work at all. I contacted customer support immediately, but it has been over a week and I have not received any response.

Receiving faulty hardware is already frustrating, but the lack of communication makes it even worse. I expected much better service and support.

I replaced my big home computer with this mini. It was super easy to set up and walked me through everything step by step and transfer over all my apps and accounts.. Especially love that it takes up no room on or under my desk. Very happy

I booted up the miniPC and it updated the windows system in under 20 minutes with 2 HDMI connected monitors. I used a wired keyboard and mouse initially after seeing that caveat in another review. Once it was updated, I switched to a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. I have 2 external drives and an external DVD ROM connected so my USB ports are filled. I bought a 7-port hub to get all my peripherals connected. All is good, but it does seem to run hot. Bootup is fairly fast. My wireless canon printer had no problem connecting once I installed its software. The Windows 11 Pro runs without any problems. It's fan is quiet and barely noticeable. Overall, I highly recommend it for home use, and the price is pretty much crazy cheap.
