Where do you ship?

We fulfill to the United States and Europe. Shipping is free on qualifying orders—see checkout for your address.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days after fulfillment. EU timing depends on the warehouse and customs. You will receive tracking when the parcel ships.

What is included in the box?

Typically: the mini PC, power adapter, HDMI cable, and a quick-start guide. Exact contents are listed on each product page.

Do machines ship with an operating system?

Most models support Windows 11 and common Linux distributions. Check the product page for the OS note on the configuration you select.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and the payment options shown at Shopify checkout for your region (including Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay where available).

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We never ask for card details by email.

Orders & returns

What is the 30-day trial?

Try the PC on your desk. If it is not the right fit, start a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition with accessories. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3–5 business days), we issue the refund to your original payment method.

How do I start a return or RMA?

Email support@dreamquest.online or use the Contact Us page with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions—do not ship a unit back without an RMA.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Hardware defects under normal use for one year from delivery. It does not cover physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or issues from third-party OS images unless we supplied them.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. After shipment, use the return flow.
